Predictive Learning

Backed by tremendous research, the MindVue partnered with CD2 Learning to build a true learning experience platform. The MindVue Profile is a state-of-the-art tool designed to provide insight into how a person is thinking and feeling relative to others. Taking about 15 minutes to complete, the tool captures key mindset skills such as grit, resilience, hope, self-control, motivation, adaptability, and other factors that are predictive of performance and numerous positive life outcomes. Immediately following the assessment, learners begin their own personal journey of recommended modules that is individually curated for them based upon their assessment results.


Content Creation Services

CD2 Learning’s content development team has partnered with MindVue to develop a catalog of over 30 interactive modules that provide insights, self-discovery, and tools to equip individuals with opportunities to strengthen their mindsets.


Prescriptive Reports & Analytical Dashboards

A personalized report and an analytics dashboard is automatically everyone who completes their profile assessment. These reports offer insights that describe what their scores mean and action detailed action items on how to build new skills to strengthen their mindset. The analytics dashboard helps deconstruct scores into four key components (Drive, Willpower, Resilience, and Integrity) and they provide visual graphs that are color coded (with a simple green/yellow/red status) to growth trends. These same reports can be offered to managers and team leaders so they can assess mindsets of their teams as a whole, and study growth trends over time.
