Heartland Pathogend’s Immediate Solution

The pandemic requires immediate solutions and innovation, Kansas City based Heartland Pathogend Services is one such solution.

In response to overwhelming demand for proven cleaning and disinfection services, Pathogend ramped up its workforce, but then needed online training and certification. Because their certified technicians provide services driven by protocol with safety and efficacy as top priorities, Pathogend needed this training to be accessed from anywhere at any time. They needed assessments to ensure mastery of content, and they needed ability to change and enhance training as the situation warranted.

Pathogend partnered with CD2 Learning to get this important community resource ready for the challenges ahead. Responsible for cleaning hospitals and public spaces, it was critical that employees were able to train, revisit, and be certified in the decontamination technologies needed to fight Covid-19 as well as other emerging and existing pathogens.
